In 2015 and 2016, Frank was recognized as one of the Top 40 Real Estate Agents Under 40 in the valley! Frank Gerola is a life long Arizona native. Growing in the small mining town of Superior Arizona, Frank learned at a young age the value of hard work and sense of community. These values have proven to be the foundation to his real estate success. Frank started his career in real estate in 2003 working on the real estate appraisal side of the business. This taught him how to evaluate and value the various properties that make the Phoenix market so great. In 2009 Frank partnered with the Valley’s premier trustee sale company and was instrumental in helping hundreds of clients acquire over 9000 properties including single family homes, multi‐family complexes, vacant land, apartment buildings and retail centers valued at over 1 billion dollars. In his spare time, Frank loves spending time with his wife, their 2 children, and beloved dog Roxy. Frank is also very active in the community in which he serves. He is on the board of directors for the Gilbert Boys and Girls clubs and active in various charitable events in the valley.
